Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 26 July 2016 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 40,828 ordinary shares (comprising 20,414 Partnership shares and 20,414 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 45.5p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their July salary.  The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria. 

A number of Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities within Walker Crips Group plc, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interests in the shares:-
