Walker Crips Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that, following the announcement on 27 January 2016, Lim Hua Min, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and those who constitute as his concert party ("Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons") has advised the Company of a change in his percentage voting rights due to an increase in the issued share capital of the Company.

Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons total beneficial holdings remained unchanged at 9,530,266 ordinary shares representing 24.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
