Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 28 May 2019 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan completed the acquisition of 81,120 ordinary shares (comprising of 40,560 Partnership and 40,560 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 25.326p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their May salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria. 

Sean Lam acquired 589 Partnership shares and 589 Matching shares, giving him a total of 46,734 held in his Share Incentive Plan.
