Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 23 January 2015 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 45,740 ordinary shares (comprising 22,870 Partnership shares and 22,870 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 43.5p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their January salary.  The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria. 

A number of Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities within Walker Crips Group plc, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interests in the shares:-
