Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 26 June 2014 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 27,502 ordinary shares (comprising 13,751 Partnership shares and 13,751 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 47.5p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their June salary.  The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria. 

A number of Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities within Walker Crips Group plc, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interests in the shares:-
