Walker Crips Group plc announces that Sanath Dandeniya has given notice of his resignation as Group Finance Director of the Company and from the Board of Directors. His last day with the Company will be 3 January 2026.

Walker Crips would like to express its gratitude to Sanath for his significant contribution since joining the Company in 2016.

The Board has initiated a process to identify a new Finance Director and will make a further announcement in due course.
