Resignation and Appointment of Non-executive Directors

Walker Crips Group plc (the "Company") announces that David Gelber has given notice of his resignation as a Non-executive Director of the Company. He will stand down from the Board of the Company on 28 February 2025.

Martin Wright, Chairman of the Company, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank David for his considerable contribution to the Company and the Walker Crips Group over the last eighteen years, during thirteen of which he was our Non-Executive Chairman, and for his dedicated service to the Board and the Board's Committees.  It has been a pleasure to serve as a Director with David. His knowledge and experience have been a major benefit to us."

The Board is pleased to appoint Linus Lim as Non-Executive Director of the Company. Linus is Chief Executive of Phillip Capital Management, a fund management company that has launched award winning ETFs and Unit Trusts across Asia. Linus has been with Phillip Capital since 2001 where he has been involved in equity research as well as corporate finance both in Singapore and in the UK. Linus is a graduate of the London School of Economics and holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and is also a CAIA charter holder, IMC from CFA UK, and FSA Credential holder*. The Board looks forward to working closely with Linus going forward.

The information required by UK Listing Rule 6.4.8 in respect of Linus Lim will be announced separately.

*CAIA is a charter that relates to alternative investments, IMC is fund management, and FSA is Fundamentals in Sustainability Accounting that links IFRS standards with sustainability metrics.
