Walker Crips Group plc announces that Jo Welman has given notice of his retirement as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and from the Board of Directors. Jo will leave the Company on 28 September 2025 or if earlier, on appointment of a new Chair.
Sean Lam and Christian Dougal, Joint-CEOs, commented: "On behalf of the Board, we wish to thank Jo for his energy, passion and considerable contribution to the Company. We will continue with the momentum of change which he initiated, and we are grateful for the knowledge and experience which he has imparted to us."
The Board has initiated a process to identify a new Chair and will make a further announcement in due course.
