Resignation of Non-executive Director

Walker Crips Group plc (the "Company") announces that Clive Bouch has given notice of his resignation as a Non-executive Director of the Company. He will stand down from the Board and relinquish his role as Senior Independent Director of the Company on 26 June 2024.

Martin Wright, Chairman of the Company, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Clive for his considerable contribution to the Company and the Walker Crips Group over the last seven years, and his dedicated service to the Board and the Board's Committees.  It has been a pleasure to serve as a Director with Clive. His knowledge and experience have been a major benefit to us."

The Board is in discussions to appoint two new Independent Non-executive Directors and will provide further updates in due course. Clive will continue to make himself available to the Company to assist in the succession and transition plans.
