Sub: Intimation for Allotment of 50,094 number of equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under WIL Employee Stock Options Plan 2020.

This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation on December 25, 2023 has allotted in aggregate 50,094 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees pursuant to exercise of options under WIL Employee Stock Options Plan 2020 of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company on December 25, 2023 has increased to Rs. 9,20,26,636/- divided into 4,60,13,318 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The details as required to be furnished under the Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 are enclosed as Annexure – I.
