Dear Sir/ Madam,

The Company regrets to inform about the sad demise of Anil Vasant Gabhe, Chief Internal Auditor of the Company on Thursday, April 17, 2025 due to cardiac arrest.

Mr. Anil Vasant Gabhe was appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company as the Chief Internal Auditor w.e.f. November 28, 2017 and the Company immensely benefitted from his role in the Company during his tenure. His sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company; and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.

We request you to take the above intimation on your record in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
