Change of Director Responsibilities

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, W.A.G payment solutions plc announces that Susan Hooper, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as the designated ESG Director for the Company, with effect from 1 January 2022.

Susan is a founding director of Chapter Zero which was created to build a community of non-executive directors and equip them to lead crucial UK boardroom discussions on the impacts of climate change. She is also currently the ESG and workforce lead at Moonpig Group plc. Susan has previously served as Chair of the ESG & Safer Gambling Committee for Rank Group plc with her experience being crucial in broadening the scope of the Safer Gambling Committee to encompass ESG.
