Wacker Neuson SE: Shares renamed Wacker Neuson SE

Wacker Construction Equipment AG shareholders automatically become Wacker
Neuson SE shareholders effective today
(Munich, March 4, 2009) As of today, registered shares in Wacker
Construction Equipment AG listed on the regulated Prime Standard segment of
the German stock exchange (ISIN DE000WACK012 / WKN WACK01) will be
converted to the new company name, Wacker Neuson SE. This does not entail
any changes for shareholders.
Shareholder rights unaffected
Wacker Construction Equipment AG has been trading under the name Wacker
Neuson SE since the new name was entered in the German Register of
Companies on February 18, 2009. Shareholders of Wacker Construction
Equipment AG therefore automatically become shareholders of Wacker Neuson
SE. Effective March 4, 2009, all share portfolios will be renamed free of
charge.
The company's transition to Wacker Neuson SE has no impact on the
tradability of shares. All company shareholders can continue to trade their
shares on every stock exchange where Wacker Construction Equipment AG
shares were listed.
