Budapest, January 05, 2026 - WABERER'S INTERNATIONAL Nyrt. (hereinafter: Waberer's) makes the following regular reporting in line with Clause 54 (9) of the Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market:

Composition of the registered capital of Waberer's as of 31 December 2025:

The 214,699 treasury shares are currently being transferred to LINK SP. Z.O.O., a wholly owned subsidiary of Waberer's (hereinafter: "LINK"), for the purpose of settling LINK's equity position. Given that LINK is a wholly owned subsidiary of Waberer's, the share package will continue to be classified as treasury shares after the transfer, pursuant to Section 3:222(1) of the Civil Code.
