CLEANSING NOTICE

WA1 Resources Ltd (ACN 646 878 631) (ASX: WA1) ( WA1 or the Company ) provides this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( the Act ).

WA1 advises that it issued 300,000 new shares today, being 15 June 2023, pursuant to the exercise of unlisted options to an employee without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act.

WA1 gives notice that:

• (a) the shares were issued without disclosure to the investor under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (b) this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act;

• (c) as a disclosing entity, WA1 is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

• (d) as at the date of this notice, WA1 has complied with:

• (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act, as they apply to the Company; and

• (ii) section 674 and 674A of the Act, as they apply to the Company; and

• (e) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
