WA1 Resources Ltd (ASX: WA1) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of WA1 Resources Ltd (‘WA1’) will be halted at the request of WA1, pending the release of an announcement by WA1.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 18 August 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

WA1’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for Trading Halt

WA1 Resources Ltd (ASX: WA1) (the Company ) requests that the securities of the Company be placed into an immediate trading halt.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement to the market in relation to a proposed capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of:

   • a. the Company releasing an announcement to the market regarding the proposed capital raising; and

   • b. the commencement of trading on Monday, 18 August 2025.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market regarding the trading halt.
