Description

WA1 Resources Ltd (‘WA1’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Friday, 4 February 2022.

The securities of WA1 will commence quotation at 12:00 PM AEDT on Tuesday, 8 February 2022.

WA1 raised $4,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 29 November 2021 by the issue of 22,500,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
