DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
WA1 Resources Ltd (ASX: WA1) ( WA1 or the Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on or around Thursday, 20 November 2025.
In accordance with the Company’s Constitution and the ASX Listing Rules, any director nominations for consideration at the AGM must be received at WA1’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 8 October 2025.
Further details regarding the AGM will be provided to shareholders in due course.
