DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
WA1 Resources Ltd (ASX: WA1) ( WA1 or the Company ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting ( Meeting ) will be held on or around Monday, 7 November 2022.
An item of business at the Meeting will be the re-election of Directors. The closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Friday, 23 September 2022. Accordingly, any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Friday, 23 September 2022.
Further Meeting details will be provided to shareholders in due course.
