DEFERRAL OF RIG DEPLOYMENT
Vysarn Limited’s (ASX:VYS) (Company ) wholly owned subsidiary Pentium Hydro Pty Ltd (Pentium) has received a direction to defer the deployment of a replacement drill rig to Australian Potash Limited’s (Australian Potash) Lake Wells Sulphate of Potash Project. Pentium has been directed to perform the bore field development works with a single rig, double shifting until further notice.
Key details of the contract with Australian Potash were outlined in an announcement by the Company on 22 April 2021. Extension to the estimated Completion Date from the date of the direction will be fairly and reasonably considered by Australian Potash and Pentium.
Pentium continues to operate one drill rig at the Lake Wells Sulphate of Potash Project and will now deploy the deferred replacement rig to an alternative job.
Budgeted FY2022 EBITDA remains between $10 million and $11 million as previously announced by the Company on 27 May 2021.
