VYSARN COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF PROJECT ENGINEERING (WA)

Vysarn Limited ( ASX:VYS) (Vysarn) (Company) is pleased to announce the completion of the Share Sale Agreement to acquire Project Engineering (WA) Pty Ltd. Further details of the acquisition can be found by reference to the Company’s announcement on 11 August 2022.
