Vysarn Limited (ASX: VYS) (the Company) is pleased to provide the following Quarterly Activities Report for the period ended 30 June 2018.
Update
The Directors of Vysarn Limited are conscious of the continuing illiquid nature of the Company’s securities. The Company is currently exploring avenues which may provide a liquidity event in the near term. This development is in its early stages and with no certainty in its outcome. The Directors will keep shareholders informed as the potential outcomes progress in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
In the meantime the Company has limited its expenditure to the minimum required to protect shareholder’s funds as detailed in the accompanying Appendix 5B.
VYS shares remain suspended on ASX.
