MHM QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT

MHM Metals (ASX: MHM) (‘the Company’) is pleased to provide the following Quarterly Activities Report for the period ended 30 September 2017.

Corporate

There were no major corporate events during the September 2017 quarter.

Ordinary shares on 136,228,616 issue:

Directors

The Company still holds an interest of 1,000,000 shares in KIN.

Subsequent to the end of the quarter, Mr Peter Hutchinson was appointed as Chairman and Mr Bryn Hardcastle resigned as a Nonexecutive Director.

The Company also commenced the process of liquidating its wholly owned subsidiary Alreco Pty Ltd.

The Company’s 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 30 November 2017.

Business Development

With its significant cash reserves, the Company continues to review a number of potential opportunities that may be suitable for an acquisition by the Company to facilitate the reinstatement of the Company’s shares to trading on ASX.

Trading in MHM shares will remain suspended on ASX until such time as the Company has identified a suitable new opportunity and has met the necessary requirements under ASX Listing Rule 11.1 that may apply in relation to that opportunity (including re-complying with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules, to the extent required).

Directors fees paid during the quarter amounting to $16,000. The Company also paid $5,000 to
Otsana Capital in relation to corporate advisory fees and $2,365 to Bellanhouse Legal in relation to
legal services provided provided to the Company. Otsana Capital is an entity associated with
Chairman Mr Faldi Ismail. Bellanhouse Legal is an entity associated with Director Mr Bryn
Hardcastle.
