ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

VYSARN EARNINGS UPDATE TO JUNE FY2023

Vertically integrated water service provider Vysarn Limited (ASX:VYS) (Vysarn)(Company) provides revised earnings guidance for the financial year to 30 June 2023 (FY2023).

The Board of Vysarn is pleased to provide revised earnings guidance for FY2023.

The Company forecasts to deliver Net Profit Before Tax (NPBT) of $6.8 million to $7 million in FY2023.

Wholly owned subsidiary Pentium Hydro Pty Ltd is forecast to deliver second half FY2023 Earnings Before Interest Depreciation & Amortisation (EBITDA) of $8 million.
