• b) Appendix 3X in relation to Dr David Menzies who was appointed as a director on 18 December 2013.

The failure to lodge the forms on time was due to an oversight by the former Company Secretary.

As you are aware, I was appointed Company Secretary of MHM on 10 February 2014. Following my appointment I commenced a review of the Company’s corporate governance and compliance arrangements. As part of this review, I identified that the enclosed Forms had not been lodged within the required time.

The Company is revising its internal procedures in relation to the notification of directors’ interests to ensure that future lodgements occur in accordance with the Listing Rules.

I can further confirm that all existing Directors are aware of and understand their obligations under Listing Rule 3.19A.
