UPDATE REGARDING CMP CONSULTING GROUP ACQUISITION
Vysarn Limited (ASX:VYS) (Vysarn) advises that it has agreed with the current shareholders of CMP Consulting Group Pty Ltd that completion of the acquisition will be subject to obtaining shareholder approval in relation to the issue of the deferred consideration shares under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and for all other purposes. The remaining conditions to completion are summarised in the Company’s ASX release made on 13 September 2024.
Vysarn will convene a shareholders meeting as soon as possible and is working towards completing the acquisition on or around 31 October 2024, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions.
The ASX announcement has been authorised for release by the Board of Vysarn.
