Release of Securities from Escrow
Vysarn Limited (ASX: VYS) (“Vysarn” or “the Company”) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the following restricted securities will be released from escrow on 11 September 2021 (“Restricted Securities”).

The Restricted Securities are subject to an ASX imposed escrow period of 24 months from the date on which quotation of the Company’s securities commenced on the ASX, being 11 September 2019.
The Company will apply for quotation of the 31,800,000 fully paid ordinary shares on or before 17 September 2021 as required by Listing Rule 2.8.5.
