ENTITLEMENT OFFER RESULTS AND NOTIFICATION OF SHORTFALL

Vysarn Limited ( ASX: VYS ) ( Company ) is pleased to advise that its nonrenounceable entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ) closed on 23 June 2020, with the Company receiving applications exceeding the amount offered of $4.02 million.

Under the Entitlement Offer, the Company offered up to 89,297,618 shares at an issue price of $0.045 per share to raise a maximum of $4.02 million. The Company received applications from existing shareholders under their entitlement for 57,368,435 shares for a subscription amount of $2.58 million, leaving a shortfall of 31,929,183 shares. Existing shareholders and senior management of the Company were provided with the opportunity to apply for shortfall shares. These applications for shortfall shares exceeded the number of shortfall shares available, and as such the Company has raised the full amount offered of $4.02 million. The Issue of shortfall shares to Directors is subject to shareholder approval to be sought at a general meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 29 June 2020.

The Issue of new shares under the Entitlement Offer is anticipated to occur on 30 June 2020 with despatch of holding statements to occur on 1 July 2020.

The Board is pleased with the level of participation by shareholders in the Entitlement Offer, and would like to thank all shareholders for their continued support.
