Vysarn Limited – (ASX: VYS) – Anticipated Reinstatement to Official Quotation

Description

The securities of Vysarn Limited (‘VYS’) are expected to be reinstated to Official Quotation at the commencement of trading at 10:09 am AEST (+/- 15 seconds) as part of Group 5 on Wednesday, 11 September 2019, following its re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.

VYS raised $7,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 11 July 2019, (as varied by its supplementary prospectuses dated 26 July 2019, 14 August 2019 and 19 August 2019) (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 129,629,630 shares at an issue price of $0.054 per share.
