Update on Sale of Moolap Property
MHM Metals Limited (ASX: MHM) advises that further to the announcement dated 15 December 2015, the Conditions Precedent to the Sale of the Company’s Moolap Property have not been met and the Agreement has been terminated.
MHM will continue to keep the market informed as it seeks ways to maximise shareholder value from its interests in Moolap.
