Appointment of Company Secretary
Vysarn Limited (ASX:VYS) (Company ) is pleased to advise that Mr Matthew Power has been appointed Company Secretary. Mr Power is currently the Finance Manager of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Pentium Hydro Pty Ltd (Pentium) .
Ms Kyla Garic has resigned as Company Secretary. Ms Garic has proven to be an invaluable resource in the role during the formative years of the business. The board of Vysarn would like to thank Ms Garic for her services to the Company and wishes her every success with her future endeavours.
The resignation of Ms Garic and the subsequent appointment of Mr Power will be effective from 30 June 2021.
