Mr Chris Brophy to move to Non-Executive Director

Vysarn Limited (Vysarn) (Company) advises the Mr Chris Brophy has today resigned as an Executive Director of the Company and as a Director of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Pentium Hydro Pty Ltd (Pentium) . He remains on the Vysarn Board as a Non-Executive Director. Chris is keen to progress other non-related opportunities via his wholly owned consulting company Insight Ecosys Pty Ltd (Insight) . To ensure an orderly handover of Chris’s current responsibilities the Company has contracted with Insight to provide consulting services to the Company specifically assisting the board on potential M&A and organic growth opportunities and other strategic initiatives. Insight may also assist in furthering the continuing development of the Company’s governance and risk frameworks over the next few months together with other process related improvements.

Vysarn Chairman Mr Peter Hutchinson said “Chris has been an integral member of the start up team since the re-listing of Vysarn Limited’s securities on the ASX in early September and more specifically the roll out of Pentium’s early sales successes and operational capabilities.
