COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT/RESIGNATION

MHM Metals Limited ( MHM or the Company ) advises that Ms Kyla Capital Structure Garic has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company effective this day. Ordinary shares

Ordinary shares 136,228,616 on issue:

Ms Garic is a Chartered Accountant and Director of Onyx Corporate. Onyx Corporate provides corporate services to ASX listed companies. Ms Garic has acted as a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed companies.

It is advised that Mr Justin Mouchacca has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary effective today. The Board wishes to thank Mr Mouchacca for his efforts over the past couple of years and wishes him the best for his future endeavors.
