DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
MHM Metals Ltd (ASX:MHM) today announced the resignation of Dr David Menzies as a nonexecutive director of the Company, effective February 28, 2015.
Iain Kirkwood, Chairman, said “ David was instrumental in adding value to the salt slag recovery business at Moolap and as that business is now in runoff, has decided to focus his energies in other areas ”.
“ The Board of MHM would like to record their appreciation for Dr Menzies’ involvement in what has been a challenging period in the Company’s short but eventful history .”
