Change of Company Secretary

MHM Metals Limited (ASX:MHM) today announces the resignation of Mr Peter Ansell as company secretary.

MHM is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lee Mitchell as company secretary effective immediately. Lee is a qualified lawyer and has practised in corporate and commercial law for 19 years. He advises on corporate and securities regulation, capital raisings, corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
