MHM Metals Limited (ASX:MHM) announces that Lyn Brazil has passed the role of chairman of the board to Iain Kirkwood effective immediately due to ongoing business commitments.

Lyn who will remain on the board said “Iain is a very experienced, independent company director and being Melbourne-based is ideally placed to continue to lead the turnaround at MHM”.
