ANNABELLE BROOKS APPOINTED JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

MHM Metals Limited (ASX:MHM) advises that Annabelle Brooks has been appointed as joint Company Secretary. Ms. Brooks has extensive commercial and corporate governance experience gained over twelve years in the legal profession.

Ms. Brooks has a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University and has completed a Graduate Diploma from Chartered Secretaries of Australia. Ms. Brooks joins Mr. Richard Rybak in assuming the role of Company Secretary.
