Macquarie Harbour Mining Limited (ASX:MHM) hereby announces the resignation of Jade D’Andrilli as the Company Secretary.

Mr D’Andrilli will be replaced by Ben Mead, an Executive Director of the Company who will assume the Company Secretarial duties in addition to his ongoing Executive role.
