Change to Annual General Meeting Date
MHM Metals Limited ( MHM or the Company ) (ASX: MHM) advises that further to the recent ASX announcement regarding the proposed merger with Alliance Mining Commodities Limited ( AMC ), the Company has received approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for the Company’s 2016 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) to be deferred to 16 January 2017. Deferring the AGM provides the potential to combine the AGM with the meeting of the Company’s shareholders that will be required to be held to consider the proposed merger with AMC, thereby potentially avoiding the need to hold separate shareholder meetings in short succession.
The Company will provide further updates on the progress of the Proposed merger with AMC in due course.
