This is with reference to captioned subject.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) we hereby inform you that Ms. Sachi Shrikumar Lakhotia, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has signified her intention to resign from the Office of Company Secretary of the Company vide her resignation letter dated April 1, 2024 from the office of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of VXL Instruments Limited (the Company) w.e.f. close of working hours on April 10, 2024. The resignation has been accepted and she will be relieved from her services from the closing hours of April 10, 2024.

The disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are disclosed hereunder:
