4. Re-classification of Ms. Ridhima Shetty from the ‘Promoter Group Category’ of the Company to ‘Public Shareholding Category’

5. Re-classification of Mr. Rishabh Shetty from the ‘Promoter Group Category’ of the Company to ‘Public Shareholding Category’

6. Re-classification of Ms. Jayalakshmi Shyam from the ‘Promoter Category’ of the Company to ‘Public Shareholding Category’

7. Re-classification of Ms. Netra Shyam from the ‘Promoter Category’ of the Company to ‘Public Shareholding Category’
