As already informed vide our letter dated 22[nd] April, 2023, we hereby inform you that Ms Reshma M was relieved from the Offices of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closure of the business hours of the Company on12.05.2023.

In the interim, Mr Mahesh Kumar K V, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
