PUBLICATION OF 2012 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

30 April 2013 - Further to the announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2012, JSC VTB Bank announces that it has published its 2012 Annual Report and Accounts (the "2012 Annual Report") for the same period. 

The 2012 Annual Report is now available to view or download in a pdf format from the VTB's website at  http://www.vtb.com/ir/disclosure/fannual/  and a copy has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, which will be available shortly for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/.
