VTB Supervisory Council decides to convene 2013 Annual General Meeting

On 26 April 2013, VTB Bank's Supervisory Council decided to convene the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 28 June 2013.

The Annual General Meeting of VTB Bank shareholders will be held in the Oktyabrsky Grand Concert Hall at 6 Ligovsky Prospekt, St Petersburg.

A list of the persons entitled to participate in the Annual General Meeting and to receive the 2012 dividend will be compiled based on VTB Bank's register of shareholders as of 13 May 2013. Registration of participants will begin at noon on 28 June 2013. The meeting will begin at 2:00 pm.
