VTB challenges sanctions in Court of Justice of the European Union

VTB Bank on 24 October filed a lawsuit with the Court of Justice of the European Union to challenge the  EU Council's decision to impose sanctions on VTB, to the detriment of both the Bank and its clients.

VTB will not comment further on the lawsuit nor on the progress of the court hearings until the Court delivers its ruling.
