The value of transaction has now been amended from 47,045,498.11 Russian rubles to 38,637,366.54 Russian rubles.

JSC VTB BANK (the "Company") was informed that Yuri Soloviev, a member of the Management Board of the Company, acquired 1,000,968,045 ordinary shares in the Company on 22.05.2014 in Moscow.  The value of the transaction was 38,637,366.54 Russian rubles.
