JSC VTB BANK (the "Company") was informed that Herbert Moos, a member of the Management Board of the Company, acquired 500,484,023 ordinary shares in the Company on 22.05.2014 in Moscow.  The value of the transaction was 19,318,683.29 Russian rubles.
