VTB announces results of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

VTB Bank today announces the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held by absentee ballot on 29 August 2014.

Shareholders approved the new version of JCS VTB Bank Charter.

Shareholders approved the new version of the Regulation on Preparing, Convening and Holding JSC VTB Bank General Shareholders Meeting.

Shareholders also voted for the increase of JSC VTB Bank share capital through placement of registered preference shares of JSC VTB Bank.

The report on the results of the Bank's Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting will be published within legally established timeframe in Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper and at website www.vtb.ru.
