Sergey Dubinin re-elected Chairman of the VTB Supervisory Council

VTB Bank's Supervisory Council re-elected Sergey Dubinin as its Chairman at the meeting held on 28 June 2013.

The Supervisory Council also elected the members of the Audit Committee, the Staff and Remuneration Committee and the Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee. The Supervisory Council also approved the Supervisory Council's action plan for 2013-2014.

"VTB has been delivering strong results, and we are fully positioned to further improve our performance. I am confident that the expertise and the strength of the whole VTB team including the Supervisory Council members will allow the bank continue the profitable growth," Chairman of the Supervisory Council Sergey Dubinin said. "There is a lot of work ahead of us. In particular, we plan to adopt a new strategy that should determine the development of VTB Group for the next three years."
