Sub : Resignation of Mr Devraj Lahiri, Managing Director

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Devraj Lahiri, Managing Director, vide his email dated 10th June, 2020, has conveyed his decision to pursue interests outside the Company and has accordingly resigned as the Managing Director and Director of the Company.

The Board of Directors at their Meeting held today has taken note of the resignation of Mr. Devraj Lahiri and he will be relieved from the services of the Company as per the provisions of the Articles of Association.

The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Mr. Devraj Lahiri during his long association with the Company and wishes him the very best in his future endeavors.

The details required under the SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are given in the enclosed Annexure.
